The CONFERENCE AGENDA REPORT (CAR) and the CONFERENCE APPROVAL TRACK (CAT) are compilations of motions brought before Narcotics Anonymous at the world level. We have motions and business meetings at group, area, and regional levels, but we also have them at the world level.
